With a minimum RM500 nett purchase made, TANGS shoppers will be entitled to free delivery service within a 10km radius. The usual delivery charge of RM50 is applicable on normal deliveries and to urgent deliveries outside the normal delivery schedules.

TANGS Gift Vouchers in denominations of RM10, RM50 and RM100 are available for sale at our Customer Service Counter. For corporate purchases of Gift Vouchers, please contact our Customer Service Associates.

Make your events (corporate functions like special launches, exclusive previews, company exhibitions, important signing ceremonies and private events like quaint wedding receptions, birthday parties, graduation celebrations, etc.) the talk-of-the-town by having them at our Service Boulevard, organised & managed by our events management team. Shopping Tag
This simple and convenient way of shopping allows TANGS shoppers to move around the store easily without having to lug purchases or queue at different cashier counters. By just presenting the tag, shoppers’ purchases will be sent to the Customer Service Counter where shoppers can make a one-time payment.
TANGS Return Policy
If for any reason, shoppers are dissatisfied with their purchases, TANGS will gladly issue shoppers a refund in the form of credit vouchers. Some conditions which shoppers need to be aware of are:
- Items must have been purchased within the last 7 days
- Items must be in their original condition / packaging
- Items must be accompanied by TANGS original receipt/s.
